Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

The doctor’s and therapist’s time is limited and in high demand.  Missing a scheduled appointment means that someone else in need did not get a chance to receive help.

Chiropractic Appointments

Late cancellation or missed chiropractic appointments (which includes acupuncture): will be charged 50% of the visit fee.  More than 1 missed appointment or appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
will be subject to the regular visit fee.

Late Arrivals: Should you arrive late, we will do our best to move your appointment to another
available time; however, if no alternate time is available, we will reschedule your appointment.

Missed initial visits will be charged a $30 missed visit fee in order to reschedule.

Please understand that each initial visit reserves 45-60 minutes of the doctor’s time.  Certain initial visit times are in especially high demand and often people in need are forced to wait 3-4 weeks to get these appointment times. Reserving an appointment and not arriving prevents people in need from accessing care in a timely fashion.

Massage Therapy Appointments

Missed appointments:

  • 1st time will be no charge
  • 2nd time will be 50% of full fee
  • Subsequent times will be charged the full fee

First cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a first (1st) missed appointment.

Subsequent cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice:  will be subject to the missed appointment practices in order to reschedule.

Late Arrivals: Should you arrive late, you will receive the remaining time allotted to your scheduled appointment. The cost of the appointment remains the same.

Appointment Booking Policy

Appointment bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.

Note: We recognize that there may be unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control; therefore your chiropractor or therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
